SAN DIEGO COASTKEEPER AND SURF DIVA CELEBRATE WORLD OCEAN DAY

The ocean is an incredible thing. It provides us with oxygen, regulates our climate, absorbs harmful carbon dioxide, supports the incredible biodiversity of this planet and gives us the fantastic opportunity to enjoy it while surfing every day! As San Diegans, our 70 miles of coastline define us as ocean lovers…surfers, swimmers, fishermen, sailors, beach walkers, nudists, dolphin watchers, sun bathers, and more.

On Sunday, June 8th, Surf Diva Surf School and Surf Diva Surf Shop team up with San Diego Coastkeeper to celebrate all that is ocean and give back with a beach clean-up at La Jolla Shores.

Join us in a trash-grabbin’ expression of ♥ for everyone’s favorite 71% of the planet.

Beach clean-up: Sunday June 8, 2014 from 9AM-12PM

All supplies are provided, you provide passion ready to be turned into action!

Pick up your supplies at:

Surf Diva Surf Shop
2160 Avenida de la Playa
La Jolla, CA 92037
Tel: 858.454.8273

People under 18 will need a parent/guardian signature to participate.
