Pacifico Beer, which has long been synonymous with surf culture in California, is expanding their connection to the beach through their involvement in the Standup World Series across all US stops in the World Series.
Starting with Chicago on the 30th June, you will be able to experience the Pacifico lifestyle across the 6 US & Hawaii stops through 2012:

First up: the Chicago World Paddle Challenge, 6/30 – 7/2
First up is Pacifico’s Chicago World Paddle Challenge, presented by Starboard and in association with Maui Jim, running from June 30th – July 2nd, breaking new grounds for the standup world to create one of the most high profile events of the standup paddle season.
The event will feature some of the world’s best paddlers from Europe, Hawaii, the US, Australia and beyond, but also welcome the ever growing community of paddlers in the mid west to join in the fun at North Avenue Beach, right at the heart of the City.
A big prize-purse combined with vital ranking points for qualification and overall standings on the Standup World Series will be on offer as we lead up to the homecoming in October to Turtle Bay, on the North Shore of Oahu for the prestigious and climactic World Championship Final.

Next up on the Pacifico US Series is at our HQ: Turtle Bay
Next up for Pacifico’s US stops on the Standup World Series will be the North Shore Paddle Challenge, brought to you by Naish Hawaii and Turtle Bay: taking place from the 11th – 12th August, the North Shore Paddle Challenge will be Hawaii’s first World Series stop for 2012 and a great forerunner to the World Championship Finals in October, as well as means of qualification for local Hawaii and international athletes alike.

Miami Beach Florida will follow for World Series in US
Miami Beach, Florida will be the next rendez-vous for the Standup World Series in the US, as the world’s best congregate with the local talent for the next showdown on the Pacifico US stops of the Standup World Series.
The Standup World Series heads to Tahoe in September
The next stop on the Pacifico Series here in the US will be the Tahoe World Paddle Challenge, featuring the dynamic long distance from South to North on Lake Tahoe, the Tahoe Fall Classic.

Huntington Beach Pro Grand Slam: Race & Surf events
Like we saw in France and will see in Brazil in late August / September, the World Series event in California will combine with the World Tour Surf event in the creation of a Grand Slam event featuring the very best in the world from surfing and racing events.
Pacifico’s presence here in Huntington Beach is longstanding, from its association with the US Open of Surfing, to its Surf City nights going on through the summer at this iconic US City.

World Championship Finals will come home to Turtle Bay
After a year of traversing the globe, the Standup World Series will come home to Hawaii and more specifically, Turtle Bay Resort for the fitting, prestigious and climactic World Championship Finals on the North Shore of Oahu. Featuring the dynamic sprint slalom through the surf by the Pool Bar and the legendary downwind run from Turtle Bay to Haleiwa, this event will provide a fitting close to the 2012 season and to Pacifico’s US events on the Standup World Series.
