4th Annual Rincon Beach Boy

Lots of prize money and fun in store at this year’s Rincon Beach Boy Race. Paddlers can choose from multiple racing classes including Elite Raceboards (12’6 and 14’), Elite Stock (surfboards 12’6 and under) and Open (surfboard 12’6 and under) with $10k in prizes on the line. An open kids division will also be offered, so bring the groms for some water time. Hang out after the race for the raffle and awesome prizes including a 12’6 M&M raceboard, Kialoa paddles and more.
King of the Harbour

The two days of racing kick off Friday evening with the surf ski race. Saturday’s intense SUP downwinder race starts at noon with the start at Waiheke and the finish in Viaduct Harbour. Racers will take Fullers Ferry to the start line, so show up early and don’t forget PFD’s, which are required to compete. This is a great race for spectators as they can catch all the action travelling alongside on the ferry. [email protected]

Head down to San Diego for West Coast Paddle Sports’ Grand Opening party. Festivities begin at 8 a.m. with board demos at De Anza Cove in Mission Bay, followed by a special grand opening sale, vendor fair, raffles, give-aways, and a barbecue back at the shop.

Ocean Ohana Catalina Challenge Relay

It’s here again! 39.8 miles of open ocean fun from Catalina Island to Dana Point Harbor. Race with your buddies in teams of 2-4 people on SUP, paddleboard, surfski or outrigger in one of the most highly anticipated races of the year. An after party will be held at Dana Point Yacht Club with food and awards to follow.
