For the Fall 2012 issue, SUP magazine scribe Dave Costello, Greg Petry and photographer Wes Walker explored the Pecos River along the Texas-Mexico boarder on a free climbing free-for-all via SUPs. Costello described the teams expedition in the remote border region eloquently, weaving a tale that found the team deep-water free climbing the evening away while finding shelter from the powerful winds during the day.
Below, Walker presents a quick time lapse of the trip. Stay tuned for more video of the expedition from Walker and be sure and pick up the Fall issue of SUP magazine on a newsstand near you.
