SUWS: Imagery from Iberdrola

The third stop of the 2014 Standup World Series, the Iberdrola World SUP Challenge, showcased some of the best elite and amateur SUP racers battling on technical sprint and long distance courses in Bilbao, Spain. As the first of only three events in the European Cup, the Iberdrola World SUP Challenge saw competitors digging deep for coveted points toward the European Cup rankings and overall World Series rankings. Angie Jackson of Australia swept both events in the Women’s division to take the event title, while Denmark’s Casper Steinfath took the Men’s Sprints, and Maui’s Zane Schweitzer won the Long Distance race as well as the overall event title.
