30 Lakes in 30 Days | Lake Champlain | New York

New York and Vermont are split by the beautiful Lake Champlain, 121 miles of fresh water, to be exact. Several launch sites give visitors options for standup paddling, kayaking, water-skiing, fishing and boating. The lake is not only surrounded by hiking and cycling trails and camp sites giving it the perfect vacation feel, it also has spectacular views of the Green and Adirondack Mountains. Champlain is also a major historical landmark. It played a massive roll in three American battles: the French and Indian War, the American Revolution, and the War of 1812. Paddle Lake Champlain, forever ingrain yourself in American history.

The many exploration possibilities will have you comfortably lost and never wanting to return home.

Stay at the Normandie Beach Club for a great Lake Champlain lodging experience.

If you’re more of a camper, don’t worry, that’s covered too!
