It seems like more and more standup adventures cross the SUP mag desks every day. Some are as simple as tossing a board on the water and taking off while other are a little more hardcore. Englishman Nick Healey’s summertime Alaskan adventure is one of the latter. Healey and sea kayaker Jeff Allen spent 10 days paddling around Prince William Sound, drinking from springs, finding warm bear scat, repairing a damaged board and dodging ice floes. Healey documented it all, “with the sole aim to inspire others to get out there and do this kind of thing.” Well, you heard the man!
