As athletes, performance and recovery are two of our main focuses. We know that performance is related to the way we recover, and if we don’t do good to our body during the downtime, we shouldn’t expect to have an impressive performance to follow. One way to help increase performance and recovery is by learning to reset muscle patterns. And, for something that’s not very difficult, it has a great payoff.
