The 2018 Pacific Paddle Games presented by Salt Life are drafting up on us like sly racer getting their second wind. As paddlers anticipate the biggest event in SUP racing, there’s a few details they won’t want to forget.

While there are obvious mistakes to avoid like under training or leaving your paddle at home — we’ve all done it — there are some details that are easy to miss. Here’s a big one: our early registration deal!

The first 100 paddlers who register before July 31 will receive both a $20 discount and a complimentary, premium towel from Salt Life. Sign up now! A deal this good has attracted plenty of attention and spots are filling up quickly. Plus, there’s only a week left before the deadline.

Beyond that, there are more reasons to sign up for #PPG2018 than ever before.

Whether you've never raced before or want to compete against the best in the business, the Pacific Paddle Games offers a race for every level of paddler. That includes first-time kid paddlers: the Beginner Youth Super Grom Race in the Demo Zone caters to children that want to get out there and get their initial taste of racing in a safe environment. And with this early-bird discount, their entry fee is only $25!

Racers will also get to enjoy a new schedule of events: the Distance Race will kick off Saturday morning, leaving the high action of the technical racing to escalate the energy as the event progresses. The stakes will be high right from the beginning for those racers competing in the Combined Distance and Technical race categories.

So don’t wait and have to spend more money, sign up today and get training.

We’ll see you on the beach!
