Corran Addison is a bonafide river legend. The South African was an Olympic Slalom paddler, World Champion-level freestyle kayaker and a boat designer, all while pushing the envelope of river exploration in the 1990s and early 2000’s. In the last 10 years though, Addison has completely turned his attention to design as one of the early innovators of standup paddleboards. In this short film, Addison returns to his roots to run the rivers of his youth on an SUP. Enjoy iAfrica, part of a summer of SUP movies.
