River waves are essentially nature’s equivalent of a wave pool, except way cooler. The wave never stops breaking and allows the paddler to carve for as long as possible before they inevitably get a little too confident, lay it on the rail and tumble out the backside of the wave. France is home to many of these special gifts from nature. In this clip, paddler Nico Fayol finds a fun one in Lescar, located southwest France.
