When it comes to standup paddle touring, the more water you can cover, the richer the experience can be. Especially in a location like the Pacific Northwest, where the amount of scenic coastline, remote islands and stunning inlets to explore is seemingly endless. Paddlers will always prefer missions of manpower, but we’re also not opposed to a little supplemental horsepower to help us extend the distance. And while motorized SUPs may not be everyone’s cup of tea, this crew of paddlers in the Pacific Northwest makes a pretty good case for them. Take a look and decide for yourself!
