Video | This Guy Catches a 400-pound Fish From A Paddleboard

Ah fishing and paddleboarding, two great pastimes for water enthusiasts. While sport fishing may not appeal to all standup paddleboarders, there are those who enjoy both, particularly when combined. In this case filmed off the Florida coast, we find an extreme. A group of fishermen sets out to catch the biggest fish possible from a SUP, and they succeed by landing a seven-foot grouper from the deck of a modestly sized rec board. Granted, the board was tied to a boat to curve the advantage. Hey, if the goal’s to land a massive fish from a miniature boat, this 30-minute fight with a 400 pound fish calls for a bravo.
